Robert Louis was born in Pineville, Louisiana on July 22, 1960 to the union of Vinell Mosley Bell and Willie Bell. He accepted Christ at an early age. He attended school in Catahoula Parish.

Robert was loved by everyone. He never met a stranger. He will truly be missed by family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 sisters. Those left to cherish his memory 2 brother, Henry (Debra) of Las Vegas, NV and Willie of Jena, LA. 2 sisters, Annie and Hilda both of Jena, LA. 2 Nieces Sharonda and Kimberly. 2 Great Nieces Kamoriel and Kirah. 4 Great Nephews, Ro’Tavias, Tyrhin, Brody, and Jordan all of Jena, LA. A host of Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
