Barbara (aka Sam) was born April 9th, 1946 in Corbin County, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Myrtle Campbell. She leaves behind her brother Warren Campbell (Sue), husband Brian Nagy, son Vince Fickes (Belinda), daughter Wendy Remy (Jim) daughter Rhonda White (Larry). Grandchildren, Amanda Mix, Ashley Lovejoy, Samuel Lovejoy and Alyssa Fickes. She also leaves behind four great grandchildren. She past at the age of 76 on November 8th, 2022.
